In 1996 when Eddie’s was fully renovated and the coffee bar created, the folks at Key Coffee presented Jerry with four different blends to try. After trying all four, Jerry selected a winner. The coffee brewed freshly at Eddie’s daily has a large and loyal following. Unlike high volume coffee shops, Eddie’s uses only spring water in the brewing process. Although Eddie’s is surrounded by local and national coffee concerns, a line forms every morning for those people who know their coffee.

Zeke’s Coffee, a local small batch roastery, was named “Best Cup of Coffee” in City Paper’s Best of Baltimore issue. We at Eddie’s proudly carry a huge variety of Zeke’s coffee packaged in 1lb bags of whole beans. We have a grinder in the store for your use. One variety of Zeke’s, Eddie’s Blue Jay blend, was specially formulated by Zeke’s as another house blend exclusive to Eddie’s in Charles Village. Every week in our store ad one variety of Zeke’s coffee beans are featured at a reduced price for your enjoyment.
